Voting will take place at the meeting. The board may have as many as 15 members.

The Madison Heights Neighborhood Association (MHNA) is an all-volunteer organization representing more than 1,500 residents of southwest Pasadena and dedicated to the preservation, protection, improvement and development of the Madison Heights neighborhood and its surrounding area.
Our goal is to promote and maintain the overall general welfare of our residents through civic engagement. MHNA focuses its efforts on future development of the Central District in the relation to helping us maintain a small town feel with with a healthy tree canopy and a historic element. Traffic and safety concerns surrounding our neighborhood are of utmost importance.
The Madison Heights Neighborhood Association is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization. The federal tax identification number is 02-0697548. All contributions to MHNA are tax deductible.

Madison Heights is located in the City of Pasadena, in the County of Los Angeles, in the State of California. Its boundaries are California to the north; Lake, El Molino, Allendale, and Los Robles Avenues to the east and south; Marengo Avenue to the west—including homes between Pico and Fillmore Streets between Marengo Avenue and Picher Alley. Our historic, quiet, tree-lined community sits just outside of the Pasadena Central District. Our residents proudly live within walking distance of the Metro Gold Line and the South Lake shopping district. Our neighborhood has Blair Campus within its boundaries as well as Allendale Public Library and Allendale Park.
